We value your satisfaction and strive to provide you with the best fragrance experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and exchange guidelines below:

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  1. Return/Exchange Period: Requests must be made within 7 days from the date of order delivery.
  2. Product Condition: The item must be in its original packaging with at least 90% of the perfume remaining in the bottle.
  3. Non-Refundable Items: Our Testers/Tester Box/Sample Box is non-refundable, as it is solely meant for testing fragrances.
  4. High-Value Orders: Orders above Rs.10,000 are not eligible for refunds but can be exchanged.

Processing Time & Delivery Charges

  1. Return/Exchange Processing: Once approved, your return/exchange request will be processed within 7 working days.
  2. Delivery Charges:
    • Return shipping fees are non-refundable.
    • Customers are responsible for the delivery charges for exchanged items.
    • In case of  leakage, or incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping costs.
